These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the Pierson Workholding text messaging program (“SMS Program”). By opting in to receive text messages from Pierson Workholding, you agree to these SMS Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Description
Pierson Workholding operates an SMS messaging program for the sole purpose of providing technical support to our customers, including pre-sale product questions and post-sale support for our workholding products. We do not use SMS for marketing or promotional purposes.
When you opt in, you may receive text messages related to:
Responses to technical support inquiries
Pre-sale product and compatibility questions
Post-sale installation, setup, and troubleshooting assistance
Order or service-related updates relevant to an active support inquiry
2. How to Opt In
You can enroll in the Pierson Workholding SMS Program in any of the following ways:
Website form: Provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on a Pierson Workholding website form (such as a contact, quote request, or support form).
Verbal consent: Provide verbal consent to a Pierson Workholding representative during a phone call.
Email confirmation: Reply “YES” to a Pierson Workholding email request to enroll your number in the SMS Program.
By opting in through any of these methods, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive SMS messages from Pierson Workholding at that number.
After opting in, you will receive the following confirmation message:
“Pierson Workholding: You’re opted in to technical support SMS. Approx. 1 msg per inquiry. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Msg & data rates may apply.”
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your active support inquiries. You will typically receive approximately one message per support inquiry. We do not send unsolicited or recurring messages outside the scope of your support requests.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Pierson Workholding does not charge a fee for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages, depending on your mobile plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text and data plan.
5. How to Get Help (HELP)
You can request help at any time by replying HELP to any message from Pierson Workholding. You will receive the following automated reply:
“Pierson Workholding SMS support: For help, email [email protected] or call 800-352-2894.”

6. How to Cancel (STOP / Opt-Out)
You can cancel the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any message from Pierson Workholding. You may also use any of the following keywords to opt out: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT.
After you reply STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message:
“Pierson Workholding: You have been unsubscribed and will not receive further SMS messages. Reply START to opt back in.”
After this confirmation, you will not receive further SMS messages from Pierson Workholding unless you opt in again. To re-enroll, reply START or follow any of the opt-in methods described in Section 2.
7. Supported Carriers
The Pierson Workholding SMS Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and performance of the recipient’s wireless carrier and device. Pierson Workholding is not responsible for any delays, failures, or interruptions in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier or device.
8. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging platform providers, is permitted solely to operate the SMS Program. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Specifically:
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your mobile number is used only to deliver the technical support messages you have opted in to receive.
SMS opt-in data is not shared with affiliates or partners for any promotional use.

9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enroll in the Pierson Workholding SMS Program. By opting in, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
10. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or carrier requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as posting a notice on our website).
Your continued participation in the SMS Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms. If you do not agree to the updated SMS Terms, reply STOP to opt out of the SMS Program.
